A customer ordered something from me, set mugs, and one which was her favorite was broken In Shipment. She found some other things she wants to order, so I want to pay the shipping on 2nd order ....... how do I do that?

msjrafferty @bbh3943 hi barbara...wanted to let you know that your patchouli oil is on the way! i apologize for the little late shipping; i’ve been under the weather for about a week now w/a sinus infection. you will crack up when you see your package because it’s a huge box for a little bitty oil, but i did put something extra in there for you to make it up to you. i hope you like what i chose! it shouldn’t take long, as i’m not far away from you. take good care & thank you again! jill

msjrafferty @bbh3943 hi barbara! i’m so happy to hear you got your (gigantic) package and that you’re happy with it’s contents! 😊 i thought you might just dig the pomegranate candle since you’re a fan of patchouli. all the oils i currently have are listed in my closet; i don’t have any more patchouli at the moment. however, i’m working on my own line of spa products; i’m starting w/essential oils. 100% pure, 100% organic. interested? 😊❤️ jill
