lolas_boutique_ @bshelley63 hi Barbara I am so upset to see the rating you gave me and the terrible remark. I am a grandmother of four very young grandchildren trying to help my husband raise them with posh selling. This type of thing really really hurts a sellers status. I PROMISE you I sent the sweater, it was tracked and showed as delivered! I am very honest and have sold hundreds of items with stellar feedback. Continue....

lolas_boutique_ This however does hurt me so so much, if you had an issue you should always contact me or posh. I have never gotten a message from you nothing. I would go over and beyond to try to help resolve anything to make you happy. You should have not accepted it and opened a case to return or explain to posh the issue. Not leave such as that on a good sellers feedback. I am very very hurt. I still will try to help you resolve this to make it good for you because I am honest in that way.

lolas_boutique_ Have you checked with your post office or your neighbor to see if they accepted the package? This is very very upsetting. I am not happy that you are unhappy as well. I care about every customer and want to make buyers shopping experience with me nothing but positive. I am a very honest , hard working, nice person and I am just so upset over that review.

bshelley63 @lolas_boutique_ as I have tried to explain l live in Plymouth I’ll and it said it was delivered in Edwardsville I’ll 3 hours away got no support from posh Mark have contacted them 4 times.😕

lolas_boutique_ @bshelley63 but why didn’t you contact me? Poshmark didn’t get the terrible rating and 1 star review. I did. Maybe I could help you more than you have been helped or we both could try to figure it out. Also look in your spam mail a lot of posh emails go to spam mail. Can you check it real quick? And have you called the post office it said it was delivered to?

bshelley63 I have contacted the Edwardsville post office and they sending it to my address Not your faught I apologize but I could not get any communication from Poshmark so I put that bad review up to get your attention so you would contact me will go in and change review

lolas_boutique_ @bshelley63 okay I appreciate the change in review but this was very wrong to do. If you want to get my attention you simply message me directly on the item purchased or ANY of my items. A bad review is terrible for a seller especially when it’s not that sellers fault. I have high blood pressure and a heart issue and this has had me upset all day. To the point of taking more meds. I try so hard to make my customers happy and do all that I can.

lolas_boutique_ @bshelley63 if ever in the future you have an issue with a seller contact them directly first. Then posh, usually they will get the ball rolling with posh for you. You won’t need to do anything. Most sellers are honest here.
