rosette80 Hi, I’m not sure how to contact you since I’ve just accepted the order, so I’m writing here. The Dyson just stopped working today, literally after I accepted the order. I contacted Ulta, and they can give you a receipt if the original purchaser calls them with the manufacturer number. I need receipt for warranty. Thank you!

rosette80 @b252522 Hi, I know you don’t have the receipt, but Ulta can give you the receipt if you call them with the manufacturer number. Dyson is closed today, so I haven’t spoken with them, but I googled warranty information, and they transfer warranty between different owners, but they need proof that it was purchased from an authorized dealer. That’s why I’m reaching out to you.

rosette80 @b252522 I just need proof that it was really purchased from Ulta. Ulta can get the receipt for you, but they can’t give it to me because I’m not the original purchaser.

rosette80 It literally stopped working. It worked perfectly yesterday, but today when I used it, it kept stopping. After resetting multiple times, it finally just died. I’m not trying to be difficult. I’m just requesting your help with original proof of purchase because I’d like to keep it as long as the warranty is still valid. I appreciate you getting back to me so quickly. Thank you so much.

b252522 What do you mean “resetting”. Again it is pretty difficult to understand an unopened brand new item. It’s ok I would take it back w/ 48 hours as stated

fabloot @b252522 Just a FYI..... Poshmark prohibits the sale of any electronic products. I doubt that they will assist you or the buyer in this case. All prohibited items are in the User Agreement. Please re-read to save yourself any future complications. Let me know if I can help!
