nevecoy Hi, I purchased Aspen shearling ali opera form you and they were supposed to be delivered on Oct 8th but they don’t seem they even left post office, ut keeps saying USPS in possession of the item on oct.4th. I was really hoping to take these to my trip. 😞 Is there a way you can see why your post office is not shipping them?

off2shop @nevecoy The slippers were mailed on October 4th, the same day of your purchase and you should have had them by now. I did check the tracking number and it shows they were shipped on the 4th & received at the St. Paul post office distribution center. There has been a problem with USPS deliveries lately. It depends on the zip code. USPS has cut back on delivery times etc. I suggest you take the tracking number to your local post office. It is out of my control once it ships to you.
