bnazarewicz @4valderrama Hi, the tracking number you are providing above seems to be for a someone else's order. It appears to have been delivered on Nov 4 in LOVETTSVILLE, VA. I placed my order with you on Nov 18, so it does not make any sense. :)

4valderrama @bnazarewicz Hello, after additional research your package I can only determine that previous buyers label was attached to the item. I do see it was shipped and received by the wrong buyer. I sincerely apologize. I have sent a message contact us if you have a problem. No response yet. bnazarewicz @4valderrama hi, sorry didn’t see your message sooner. Not sure what toy should do. Did you try contacting Poshmark customer service? I wanted this purchase to be a Christmas gift for my husband. I’m happy to wait a few more days for you to figure the situation out, but hope you understand that I would love for this to be resolved sooner than later.

4valderrama @bnazarewicz yes, they don't have a phone number. I did sent a message through the contact us link but no return reply. I am so sorry for this inconvenience. I am going to try and reach out to the buyer who received the item and ask her to return it. Wish me luck..

lclements08 Hello! Just to let you know I have contacted the USPS about your vest. They have created an issue and should get back with me within 3 days. I will update you when I know more. They said most likely it is because of the amount of packages being shipped this time of year and then add COVID in the mix. 💝

lclements08 @bnazarewicz So I got a generic email from the USPS blaming it on Covid. The email assured me it was still in transit. I’m going to give it till Tuesday or Wednesday and call again. This seems insane lol. I’m so sorry about the delay.

jray842 Hi @bnazarewicz I just saw the return request- I am so sorry that it didn’t work! I didn’t test it with grounds- so that was my fault.
