@bnazarewicz Hello, after additional research your package I can only determine that previous buyers label was attached to the item. I do see it was shipped and received by the wrong buyer. I sincerely apologize. I have sent a message contact us if you have a problem. No response yet. I am new to poshmark. do you know what I should do?

I’m happy to wait a few more days for you to figure the situation out, but hope you understand that I would love for this to be resolved sooner than later.

yes, they don't have a phone number. I did sent a message through the contact us link but no return reply. I am so sorry for this inconvenience. I am going to try and reach out to the buyer who received the item and ask her to return it. Wish me luck..

Hello! Just to let you know I have contacted the USPS about your vest. They have created an issue and should get back with me within 3 days. I will update you when I know more. They said most likely it is because of the amount of packages being shipped this time of year and then add COVID in the mix. 💝

@bnazarewicz So I got a generic email from the USPS blaming it on Covid. The email assured me it was still in transit. I’m going to give it till Tuesday or Wednesday and call again. This seems insane lol. I’m so sorry about the delay.

Hi @bnazarewicz I just saw the return request- I am so sorry that it didn’t work! I didn’t test it with grounds- so that was my fault. I have a different one (you can see on my closet) that I just checked and it runs smoothly if you want it! I can send a video if you’d like. Again, I’m so sorry!
