lillianbstout Hi. I'm sorry but I would like to know how my item didn't seem brand new? Good condition, yes because it has never been worn. Aka new. It had been in storage since I just moved so I'm sure it didn't smell fresh out of the bag from lulu....

beegeegee412 @lillianbstout It was in good condition, but it did not seem new. I think there's a difference between good and new. I appreciate the price and am think it's a fair deal for what I got, but I just would not consider the item to be "new." It had some kind of dog hair all over it and smelled strongly of some kind of perfume.

lillianbstout @beatagloba again, had never been worn. So it was new. And dog hair? What? lol alright. And I'm sure it did smell of perfume as I put scented sheets in the things I store when I move. Would love to know the color of the dog hair lol. I personally think it's a little petty to rate someone lower because of "dog hair" and that it smelled of perfume. My dog died like 3 months ago so I highly doubt any of his hair ended up on that. Just saying.

lillianbstout Again, feel free to send it back. Would be more than happy to refund you the 12$ I made. You sound displeased so please, by all means don't keep it if you wanted something that still smelled of lulu.

beegeegee412 @lillianbstout it had white dog hair on it. It's not something I would make up. Obviously I didn't expect it to smell like it came straight from lulu, but it smells like it's been worn and covered up by a strong perfume scent. I accepted the item because I was fine with just washing it, but it's definitely not new. I think deducting ONE star for something like that is more than fair. In fact I think you trying to argue about it to this extent is what's truly "petty."
