kimexcessmail Hi, I wanted to let you know I shipped the Express dress two days ago. Sorry about the delay, I live in DC and the Inauguration Day is a federal holiday so between that, MLK Day, and work in the city with closed down roads and barricades- it made it a bit difficult to get mail delivered and picked up.
