Regarding your recent order of the Joe’s Jeans pants, I’m sorry that you found a hole and loose stitching on the pants. When I shipped them out, I checked the entirety of the pants and found that they were in perfect condition. I have many pairs of these pants and they are good quality. It’s unfortunate and I apologize for this experience.
