lovingluna18 @docspot I noticed you have a lot of collectors items in your closet, those generally sell pretty fast! For all of your “Pop” boxed items I would add that they’re a “collectors item” to the listing detail. I would also put “collectors item” in your figurine listing details as well. lovingluna18 @ginamalvonelomb don’t feel horrible! It was completely my fault for not mentioning it in the listing or even inspecting the item fully. I believe if you go into the sale, there should be a button at the bottom that says “problems/inquiry” and there should be a section in there that can help you return it. I believe it’s the “order not as described” button.

lovingluna18 @ginamalvonelomb ultimately poshmark has the last say in the return process. But if I say that I already ok’d it, then they should go through with the return. After they ok it I’m pretty sure you’ll get emailed a return label.
