jgerke42 I am so sorry about the dress that you purchased from my closet, I did not see the hole when I put it on and zipped it up. I was wondering if there was a way to make it right or if there was something else I could send you. I want you to be happy!

bcanavan34 @jgerke42 thanks for your note! I'm hoping to be reimbursed for what I paid for the dress and shipping since it's not wearable. Do you know how to do that on here? I contacted Poshmark support but haven't heard back yet. It's a very tiny tear along the zipper but just enough that the zipper doesn't come together correctly.

jgerke42 @bcanavan34 again, I never noticed it, so I am so sorry! Of course, if they will give you your money back then just ship it back and/or pick another dress that I could send you. Again, I'm so sorry! I really did not see the flaw, but I was selling it for a friend.

jgerke42 @bcanavan34 it looks like once they release the money, there is nothing they can do. If you look in your settings it looks like you only have 3 days to dispute. However, this is the first time I have ran into this issue, so I may be wrong!
