Poshmark is also really strict on sharing numbers and outside info on the platform (you can get kicked off or your account flagged, so be careful FYI). happy to help in any way if you have specific questions. love the app. it's fun and easy and you can sell at your own pace

upcyclechicshop @amymanz that's a good idea. Yes, I would message Poshmark under the help tab or under your order there is a button that says problems/inquires and then allows you to select problem with shipment or delivery

amymanz @upcyclechicshop I have just spoke with my mailman. He said he only delivered two packages to me last week, which i got them and they are my amazon orders. It seems he definitely did not deliver the package from Poshmark. I have also emailed poshmark and have not heard from them yet.

upcyclechicshop @amymanz ok. thank you for letting me know. I just got an email from them saying they are processing this as a list package and will credit your account the amount you purchased. I have not received the item back from the mail but if I do, I will send it to you. Fingers crossed hopefully the USPS can find it. I've never had this happen and am so sorry for this inconvenience
