rebeccamcshane Becca, I am so sorry the bow came off of the Kate Spade booties. Of course you can send them back! Or if you prefer you can have them repaired and I will cover the cost. I have sent this same message for the Poshmark customer service folks.

rebeccamcshane @beccannk I received a note today from Poshmark saying the boots have been authorized for return which means you need to ship them back and they will issue you a full refund. If you let them know you now want to keep them then I can get paid and get you the $20 repair fee. I am so sorry for this mess!

dcmartinis Thanks for shopping in my closet! My the closet is different than most on Poshmark as all my items are brand new, from the store, with the Tags On and already significantly marked down.
