missbelladawn @baustin93 hey got your newest bad review! Like I said you have to process a refund/return through Poshmark. I haven’t been informed of that but if they gave you a refund on their own accord than you need to place a new order for another shirt! You haven’t returned the item ... there is no open order for another tee ... were you expecting a 2ND free tee? Not sure where the misunderstanding was. A new order must be placed or the return of the other tee in order to get another.
