So partial refund comes out of my earnings and my earnings were almost 20$ (because of poshmarks fees) so partial refund will be half of that. I can send the offer and you can think about it if you want.

pinkpoodle709 @ijustlovethat My friend just told me that you can take it to the dry cleaners and they can fix it because they usually have seamstresses there. Shouldn't be too expensive. If you're wanting to keep the top that is.

ijustlovethat Hi, Your friend has no idea what an incredibly complex and expensive repair (actually replacement) this needs. I understand you're not wanting to lose cuz I'm out an additional $22 that I paid for the bottoms, not expecting the top to be defective. I'll be declining the $10.

pinkpoodle709 @ijustlovethat That's fine, go ahead and return. I was only trying to give options because you seemed like you were having trouble finding it elsewhere. My friend said repair would be probably around 10-20$ so maybe it's more pricey than it used to be. She actually sews so I can give it to her to fix when it's back if she wants to. No problem. I hope you find another one! 😊

pinkpoodle709 @ijustlovethat Hmm.. I think you can print at an office depot. Ask them if you can send them the label (email it to them) and they might be able to print it there for you. You can call ahead and make sure but I have done that before there. Sorry this is a whole ordeal for you! : / Or if you know someone who wouldn't mind printing it, but otherwise office depot should work.

ijustlovethat Unless she has many hours to spend deconstructing and replacing the straps, I think it's getting tossed. there's no simple fix that can be done. I did show it to someone this morning who was a baffled as I am as to how this could have occurred in the first place.
