nikole56 hi I got a message from poshmark to ship the belt- I shipped it out yesterday -but it's showing not scanned yet...so I don't know what's going on- I will call the post office tomorrow thanks for your patience

nikole56 @iamrebeca I think I've got it figured out- I had help at staples printing off labels that particular day and I'd sent off 4 packages ..not sure how it got so mixed up but it was sent to another buyer - I've contacted the buyer just now to send it back to me so I can print off the correct label and send to you- I'm waiting on her response. what a mess! so sorry

nikole56 @iamrebeca yes I've contacted the person where the belt w1as delivered - UPS has all the information- as does poshmark now- I've contacted them as well..I'm waiting on a response from the buyer and poshmark to see what to do next thanks

nikole56 @iamrebeca hi Rebeca yes poshmark has confirmed they did send Kellie a new label, however.....she hasn't sent it yet. I know she works 12 hour shifts and hasn't been active since March 22, 2022 on her poshmark- at that time she told me when she received the label she would mail it..I think poshmark sent her a label that day- but she hasn't been back on since before she received the label from poshmark.. I cannot apologize enough to you for this- hopefully she mails it soon!!
