Hi! I'm Becka. I've had two babies in the last 3 years, so my size has been all over the place- which means I have a lot to sell! I'm getting closer to my fitness goals, so I'm working on getting some POSH credit to spend. Feeling more and more like myself these days, which is awesome. Hi Becka, congratulations on your 2 beautiful children and welcome to Poshmark. 6 small meals a day including a lean protein 🙂keeps ur metabolism stable, reduces hunger, cravings, low sugar & impulsive eating. I’m a nutritionist. don’t give up the high cal. foods u love. Eat them in moderation and less frequently, prevents guilt/binging, which we all deal with. Just a couple tips. And Thank you so much for the like💜🙂
