ksherrer73 The black suede flats were returned to me today . :( Said undeliverable as addressed. I’ve emailed support — not sure what to do. Have you ever bought anything off here and it get shipped to you yet or was that your first purchase? Maybe Check your shipping address for errors?

rebec091001 @ksherrer73 That’s so weird!! The address is correct. My tracking said they were delivered like 2 weeks ago but I couldn’t find them so I assumed they got delivered to the wrong address. I am so glad they aren’t really lost. I know my apartment had issues with packages getting lost this year during the holidays. That is the correct address.

rebec091001 No idea why they didn’t deliver it. SO strange. Never had a problem before. It should be ok to mail them to the address again. I wonder if in the holiday rush things got confusing for the postman??
