@ualchloe I am so sorry that this happened to you! Yeah, a lot of people on here seem to be selling fakes. I ended up buying a refurbished one from Nordstrom rack. Much cheaper than brand new. I hope Poshmark works with you to get your money back and I would definitely leave a comment on his page warning, others. Thank you for your response and good luck.

I bought a Dyson from him too. I couldn't registered it and Dyson confirmed the machine doesn't exist. This is so frustrating, I hope Poshmark resolves quickly and give us our money back, this is very expensive! I want to belive person will be able to get away with this

@lauramolina547 Poshmark did give me my money back and told me to dispose of the item. I sent them pictures of the obvious pieces to prove they were counterfeit. After doing lots of research it was so clear to me how to spot the fakes. The cord is the most obvious sign. His look so legit from packaging to the serial number and tag. I hope you get your money back. It’s a sad world we live in that there’s people like @maxpayneshop doing what he’s doing.

Did poshmark resolve within 3 business after purchase? I opened mine after the 3 day period, haven't even used it bc I couldn't registered it. I'm afraid to use it bc the power cord is not legit, it could be dangerous

@lauramolina547 yep!I purchased it for my daughter on Dec 4th for Xmas. I naturally didn’t open it as it was a gift. She opened it on Xmas and we honestly didn’t realize we were scammed till a week or so after! I honestly thought Poshmark would do nothing and I notified my credit card company at the same time.

Hi, I was also sold a counterfeit Dyson. Purchased item as a gift for my niece. Just now realized it is fake. How did you go about receiving your refund. Its past the 72 hour mark Did Poshmark honor your refund request?

Hi can you send me the counterfeit receipt & photos. I also purchased a Dyson Airwrap from this seller and mine was also counterfeit. I’m in process of trying to get a refund from Poshmark.

@tnd816 I sent them pictures of everything. The cord and filter brush were the most obvious sign of a counterfeit. It’s also a fire hazard. Hopefully Poshmark will refund you and if not your credit card company should. Poshmark has since banned him and they should recognize you were also sold a counterfeit.
