hlmc121565 Hi You purchased the jansport back pack from me. Sorry you were so dissatisfied It had the tag on it when l got it, so I never checked the inside pockets. I also didn't notice any dirt on it. If you're that unsatisfied, file a claim and send it back. One thing I know for sure about the bag is that it's been in my possession since prior to Covid, so it hasn't been used.
