In regard to your order- I never opened the makeup box up actually but that one time to snap a photo of it and I don’t recall it being that low - or low at all as it wasn’t purchased long ago and was never used. I apologize, perhaps if the lid opens, distilled water can be added to enhance the pigment? Anyways, sorry for any inconvenience and hope everything’s enjoyable. Thank you! R

busybeenancy77 Hi Becky, I am sorry you feel that the brand new bra, with original tags still attached (and never even tried on) smells musty to you. I have a very strong sense of smell, and did not detect a problem. Neither are there any smokers or animals in our home. I hope you will be able to cleanse it with your preferred detergent to make it acceptable to you.
