murrayharley I accidentally purchased an item from you today thinking I was bidding on another item. When I received notice that you accepted the bid I contacted customer service. They said there was no way to fix the issue and that the item could not be returned. Now I have an item coming that is the wrong size for me. I realize this isn't your fault but is there any way to cancel am order or return to you?

bposhcloset @murrayharley I’ve never had this happen, so not really sure. Not sure why they won’t let you cancel, I think you have 3 hrs after the purchase so maybe it was after that time?? I’m not home right now, so can’t do anything at this point. Will have to look later

naturallyme4 @bposhcloset hey I’m new to Pashmark and was wondering if you could answer three questions for me: 1) How do you mark an item as Sold if it was listed on Poshmark but SOLD elsewhere. 2) How do you share a listing on a Poshmark party that’s occurring at that moment? 3) How do you share other’s listings on Pashmark ? (because I’ve read it’s a good idea to promote other’s in hopes they return the favor. ) Thanks! Any help is greatly appreciated!!! :)

bposhcloset @naturallyme4 hi! To mark an item sold, go into the item and “edit”. At the bottom there is a field that says available. Just switch it from available to not available. To share to a party, just share during the party, and share to the party instead of to your followers. To share other peoples items, you can go into a closet and share items, or you can share from the main feed. If it’s during a party, you can share someone else’s items to the party or to your followers. Hope that helps!

bposhcloset @ninamarlena hi, they won’t discount the shipping again unfortunately. It was only during closet clean out I believe. I just tried doing an offer to likers and it won’t let me do that either since it hasn’t been long enough since the last offer. If you send me an offer for $14 it would be a total of 21, which would be about the same total.

lhurst1713 hi! You bought a lulu top from me last week. I shipped it on Saturday but the USPS hasn't scanned or or updated any information about it. I notified posh and hopefully the system will update soon! Just didn't want you to think it hadn't shipped!
