lolas_boutique_ @rmkormos that rating was totally rude and undeserved, posh approved your case to return for a FULL refund,you didn't have to pay,you failed to return it! and yes it was packaged safely,the usps steps and throws stuff, things happen. I have received 3 out of 5 packages broken from others. That was a terrible thing to do,when you were offered a full refund.

rmkormos @lolas_boutique_ I was never offered a refund OR an opportunity to return the broken items by Poshmark. I received one response of an automatic email. Even if that were true, it does not dispute the fact that it was packaged incorrectly. Knowing that UPS is so rough, as you say, it is your responsibility to package things with even more care, thin foam between the cups and wrapped in plastic shopping bags is not how you mail breakables
