jlsdomster Becky, OMG is messed up. I just got a message that your purse went to the wrong place, I think I mixed up your purse order with 2 Ralph Lauren men’s t-shirts. I always pay such close attention to detail when shipping but obviously mixed something up. I am so very sorry. Can you please check your package once it comes and allow for me to fix this mistake? Again, I feel terrible, I am sorry.

bjcampbell0922 Thank you for contacting me. I did receive the incorrect item. I had to open the package and it is the 2 Ralph Lauren shirts. I reported this as the wrong item. Not sure what to do now.

jlsdomster Hi, so Posh support emailed me back. Said because you accepted the order it has given me the funds and they will not release to you. Technically you should have not accepted and filed a case. This is all my fault not yours. I have a solution. If you mail me back the shirts I am happy send you the purse and any free item up to $25 from my closet, you would only have to pay shipping for the return and new item you choose. With the new item, I will send your purse.

bjcampbell0922 I didn't accept the item. What happened is i tried to respond that i received the wrong item but it wouldn't let me send it without a picture. I wasn't at home at the time so i had to wait to take a picture. Life got busy and when i sat down to do it, the 72 hours had passed and the system had already accepted the item for me by default. It really fries me that customer service said they can't help because i "accepted" it. Thank you for you offer. I will look at your closet.

That afternoon i received an email from customer service with a mailing label to have them shipped directly to the other customer. Hope i didn't slow the process down further.

jlsdomster Got the shirts today. I didnt realize that Posh had even sent you the labels to reship. ur purse had gone to AZ, I hope it was shipped to you. keep me posted. As for the sweater, I am to gift it to you where I would not make a profit, Posh takes 20% so I think I have to charge you $5.00 for it to ship and them to take their cut, leaving me with 0 which I am happy to do for you, let me know, sorry about all of this.

The sweater was purchased by another buyer before I even had the chance. I did send you a personal check to make up for your postage cost, you should not have incurred that cost. Hope you love your purse.
