cydney927 Hi Becky, I am so sorry, I made a shipping error w/ the lovely bundle you ordered. I was juggling orders last Fri., put another buyer’s label on your package & mailed it 🙃. I reported it to PM on Fri. night & communicated w/the posher who will receive it Tues or Wed. She was kind, said she wouldn’t open it & would return it as soon as she received it. Coincidentally, she also lives in Texas & I just asked Poshmark if it’s possible to facilitate

cydney927 her sending it directly to you, at my expense of course. (That would shorten the time considerably, as I’m in New Jersey). I’m awaiting their response but in the meantime, I’ll ask— would you prefer to cancel the order altogether? Again I’m so sorry, I’ve been selling over a year & this is the 1st blunder I’ve made (and a biggie😔)! If you’d like to cancel the order due to the delay, the items will be relisted & you can re-purchase at a later date.

cydney927 @beckmont Thank you so much for your patience & understanding 💐! I’m glad you’ll keep that specific bundle; it was fun to package because together, the items are a very attractive winter ensemble. I am grateful the (unintended) recipient immediately responded & was kind. I felt awkward requesting she not open the package, yet she assured me she wouldn’t & as a seller, totally understood my error. I will definitely keep you updated & thanks again!

cydney927 Hi Becky, Here is an update & suggestion as to how to proceed. The recipient of your bundle notified me that she received the package yesterday & will mail it to me as soon as she can. This involves PM sending her a new shipping label & unfortunately, their policy won’t allow the shipping label to be directed to your address. While I trust the recipient based on her communications, I have no control over when when PM will send her a new mailing label or when she’ll actually mail it.

cydney927 Because of this, it could take 2 wks+ for you to receive the bundle, based on when she sends it back. To boot, despite numerous communications to PM about your order & willingness to wait, they keep sending late notices & warnings to my feed. I pride myself on next day shipping, so it is frustrating🙃. The bundle is definitely yours, however would you mind canceling the order? I will contact you as soon as I receive it back & check that all items are intact. (I will re-list the items

cydney927 Hi Becky, Latest update: the buyer who was supposed to receive it yesterday just notified me that her post office would not deliver it because it was a duplicate shipping order. I just cancelled your order & at this point, will seek help from PM in how to recover it. I believe it’s at the post office in Temple, TX 😯. Thanks for your patience.
