@rmirlisena Hi. It seems like you are confused. You purchased a used item in excellent condition. If you were not satisfied the correct steps to take it to contact Poshmark. If you were expecting a new item you should only purchase new items. Please be aware I have NEVER received feedback similar to yours in over 2,000 transactions.
