I appreciate your telling me. I am so very sorry that this happened. I’m trying to think what could’ve happened. I’m usually so careful with things, but I truly don’t know, unless I looked at them in a darker room.
If there’s a comparable item in my closet, let me know. I’ll make good on this.

Beka hi I hope you will forgive me I wasn't able to send your bag yesterday, I was waiting for my carrier for a couple hours yesterday while I was doing yardwork and I either just somehow missed her or she came earlier than normal and was to late to run to post office,they close at noon.
