jac22kie Hello! Thank you for purchasing my PB Makenzie Backpack, unfortunately I mailed this a while back but it’s still not tracking and I have contacted the post office and they don’t have anything in their possession. Not sure what we can do at this point. You can wait to see if it shows up or you can cancel your order. I’m so sorry! I haven’t really experienced issues before.
