Hi, " My Profuse Apologies" I missed your question on the Inc stretch skinny Jeans on April 23rd. apologies!! I missed your question on April 23rd. These are a Midrise and I looked up size chart of INC bottoms and says size 8 is 29-30 inches. I did measure and my tape measure straight across the front approx.15 1/2. They have a great stretch to them and are very forgiving to make an easy to fit. Thank you for your question. I am here if you have any additional questions.
