mpaloma7 Hey! I was so excited you bought those sandals! Unfortunately as I was packing them and filling them with some packing paper for shape, I cut the heal strap when cutting the paper to size that I already put in sandal😔. I’m so sorry and want to send them to you for free anyway to see if you would want to see if they could be mended. I have the shipping label ready but want to cancel order so you aren’t charged but not sure if that will work. Let me know what you think.

mpaloma7 So yeah I ruined a perfectly new pair of sandals and feel awful. They could also maybe be made in to slides with no heel strap. I can ask Poshmark how to work this out if you do still want me to send them.

mpaloma7 @kweenb818 the sandals are in the mail as of today. Posh said I could use shipping label and cancel the order so you won’t be charged. Hope you can make them work. It’s a clean cut so maybe a shoe repair could fix?!? Sorry again.
