77bendy77 @styledinmiami Thank you!! I haven’t posted any items yet. Just getting started. Learning my way around. I do have a question if any one has a moment to answer. How do you figure the amount of the shipping cost on an item a person is purchasing? Again...thank you for the warm welcome.

styledinmiami @77bendy77 the shipping label that Poshmark sends once someone makes a purchase covers priority mail shipping for up to five pounds. You don’t have to figure out the price. It is one standard price up to five pounds. I have never mailed anything over 5 pounds but i do know the seller is responsible for additional shipping fee. You would need to get a new upgraded shipping label. Look under frequently asked questions on Poshmark and it has a chart with the upgraded fees.

styledinmiami @77bendy77 It’s easy. Believe me, i was freaked out in the beginning because I was clueless what to do. I get my boxes from the post office and have them at home. So when I make a sale I pack it and print out label at home.

77bendy77 Newbie to poshmark!! I’ve finally started putting items in my closet. Navigating through the site looking for answers to a couple of questions. When another member inquires about a posted item, do we get an email or text notification? If so, do I need to do any thing for this option to be engaged? Thank y’all for such a warm welcome. 77bendy77 @styledinmiami I hope you are having an amazing weekend!! I’m so sorry to bother you, but I’d like to ask something. If you have someone to ask that you email them more information, more pictures, etc., then they reply with wanting to send a cashiers check with extra money to hold the item. Therefore, they need snail mail information.... should I be concerned? Is that a scam? Thanks again for all of your help. God bless.

77bendy77 Oh, forgot to ask this. I've made a couple of purchases. I left a comment on what I purchased, giving the seller a positive rating. But, I only did that in a comment under what I purchased. How am I supposed to do that correctly? I must not be searching support section with the correct verbiage.
