bigdealsallday The shoes were put in the mail the same day you ordered them and tracking says delivered. While I can’t control the postal service, I do everything I can to show my customers that they are important to me. Please help me understand why you gave ma a 1-star review,

rnzy We shipped your shoes carefully bubble wrapped and boxed the same day you ordered them and the tracking says they have been delivered. Why would you give us a bad rating saying they haven’t arrived yet? Looks like you’re doing this with other sellers as well. Why are you leaving ratings if you haven’t received anything yet??? Contact Poshmark if you have shipping issues because we shipped your purchase to the address you gave.

conti78 Hi hun I shipped out the sneakers Monday night, I notice there’s no tracking info on your end because you already said you accepted the item, you should have them tomorrow but please next time don’t click accepted item if it wasn’t in your hands yet!! Hope that helps. Have a great night 😊

rnzy @barlington it looks like you are having this issue with all sellers. You do not need to accept the package and rate if you have not received the item. You should not be giving out subpar ratings when you haven’t received the items yet. It’s easy to track the package but once you click ‘accept’ the tracking disappears and sellers are left with poor ratings they don’t deserve.
