kyleynemeckay Hi! I purchased a pair of Jack Rogers from you a few months ago and they completely fell apart. I dont blame you at all--it's a new design for them and I just think they're defective. The thing is I'm corresponding with JR and they won't do anything about the shoes without an order number of hte first and last name of the person who purchased the shoes. Can you share that with me? I can send you my email address or cc you on the correspondence with JR. I just want to get my shoes fixed :(
