theloftshops Hi there, you've probably noticed by now that you received the wrong shoes. I have two active orders and another buyer received your shoes. Please advise of what you want to do. Keep the shoes or print a prepaid label and ship the shoes? The other buyer will ship your shoes to you. So sorry for the mix up. Let me know ASAP - Thanks!

theloftshops @beehead1 I already told you to file a refund request. Poshmark srepped in and is sending messages in my name. Ibhave no idea why you were unwilling to wait to get the correct shoes.

theloftshops Poshmark decided to have you ship the burgundy to the correct customer not to me. They made the other custimer ship the red to you. So I'm not issuing a refund until you file a refund request. Poshmark got rude with me when I tried to send you a label to send the shoes back to me outside their system and threatened to stop helping me and kick me off. So I can't do anything for you.

beehead1 @theshoeloft I can't believe you would ruin your business name and reputation over a 22.49 pair of shoes. I had to purchase shoes from somewhere else due to your sending me the incorrect ones. Who are you to say I could have waited when I needed the shoes for the day after they arrived. Am I the customer or does that really mean anything to you? I filed for a refund and is why you sent the return label. I'm not sure if it's you or Poshmark with the issue but this needs to get resolved.
