bwitni @nabilbenslama5 I’m so sorry the Clarisonic was not charging. It was charging when I uploaded the video, that’s why I did that to make sure I showed it worked. That’s very weird. If you would like to complete a return/refund you can do it through the app. It had to be from your end since you’re the buyer. Thank you.

bwitni @nabilbenslama5 try and reach out to customer service on your end. I tried and it said because the payment has already been released there is nothing they can do. But maybe you will have some luck if you try? I’m sorry this is so frustrating.
