soultan It has arrived, but it has two very visible stains, one like from bleach and another on the pocket that doesn't seem that would come off either. Shouldn't I be notified about that? I don't know what to do with this, I am sending pictures

bshowie @soultan Oh gosh!! I didn’t notice any imperfections in this item. I apologize if this was an oversight. You can open a ticket with Posh on this and send pictures of the defect. It all has to follow the Posh process for a potential return. It’s an easy process you can look up on the app or online. Sorry for the inconvenience.

bshowie @soultan I haven’t seen a case opened on this. You need to follow these instructions to submit a return request. In the app Select your Account Tab (@username). Select My Purchases. Select your order. Select Problems/Order Inquiry. Select Order Not as Described. Select a reason for the return. Add images that clearly depict the reason for the return and include a description of the return. Select Submit.
