Dear Benedict, I've just seen your comment about the Bogner ski jacket. I can only apologize that there was a snag on it - I really hadn't noticed it at all and would have pointed it out had I known. Please accept a 20% discount on anything in my closet that pleases you in recompense! Once again please accept my apologies. Thank you! But I maintain the offer nonetheless. Honestly, my husband and I are retiring next year and conscientiously "downsizing" so any additions to the retirement budget are definitely gravy...
