Hello! i am not sure what happen but according to the USPS tracking the item was delivered on "October 31, 2018 at 3:46 pm Delivered, Front Desk/Reception/Mail Room". I shipped the item promptly and hope you will find it. Regards

I shipped as instructed, I don’t think it’s fair that you are giving me a 1-star rating if the package is lost without first trying to contact customer support or contacting me for help locating it.
