grs88 @benitadavis14 The FAQ page is always a great place to start (https://poshmark.com/faq). You can go to Account Settings -> My Addresses to view and edit the shipping and return address associated with your account.

grs88 @benitadavis14 On the Poshmark website, in the upper right hand corner you'll see an icon with a drop-down menu. From there, you can select "Account Settings" and on the left side you'll see a list of options, with "My Addresses" being about halfway down the page. Or, if you're using the Poshmark phone app, in the lower right corner tool bar you'll see what looks like an ID card, and on that page you can scroll down until you see "My Addresses"

benitadavis14 @grs88 I am having a hard time ... when I go to website it brings back to the app ... I do not see anywhere a drop box on the right hand side

grs88 @benitadavis14 You should be able to access Addresses on both the website and the app. If you continue to be unable to do so, you might wish to contact Poshmark support directly for more advanced technical support (https://support.poshmark.com)
