Once posh Mark it’s the claim they going to deactivate my account because I’m a supposed to be selling these items on here. Is there anyway I can make it up to you possibly sell you the correct mug at cost With a discounted shipping

barbied2 @hemata it’s at the top , Posh Mark gets discounted shipping once I lowered the price I think it only lasts an hour. I paid six dollars plus tax and the site takes 20% so that brings us at 10 and I think shipping should only be like five dollars I’m not sure how much they takeoff for lowering the price, I will have it out tomorrow for you and I truly apologize once again thank you

barbied2 @hemata shipping is normally 6.50 I think we gave you a promotional rate the first time around , Filing a claim won’t do anything but cancel the original order and you would have to send the mug back to me

hemata @barbied2 eventually I was going to order it but didn't plan on ordering it anytime soon. So I'm out $15.99 on something that I didn't order. The shipping is saying 6.49 and the makeup bag is useless to me, I don't wear makeup. So your mistake is costing me money.

barbied2 @hemata I just realize somebody else ordered the abuelita when I lowered the price , when I just go order posh Mark will throw in a discounted shipping I believe it would be only five dollars. Is there something else you would like me to throw instead? I am a single mom of five and this is my only source of income right now so anything you can do to work with me would’ve been terrific we’re all human we all make mistakes and I’m trying to make this right for you
