Is it proper etiquette to message someone who liked a listing right after someone else made an offer on the same listing just minutes earlier. The offer was low and I was going to counter, but I wasn't sure if I should give the other person a heads up about availability.

frenchmartin @tresperros I’m Sorry it took so long, probably abit late now... I don’t message people who like an item but I think you could go either way; just always be careful how you word stuff 😊 I get allot of Low Ball offers which I will counter offer but it’ll be a higher offer than if someone had sent me a reasonable one. I use to be insulted but I figure they’re just looking for a good deal 💕
