berealtagracia Hey so I just went to my local post office and they didn’t have it and they said that that tracking number got sent to a different address? My ZIP Code is 32812 they said it got shipped to 32806. I’m confused is now I can’t get my package. Not sure if when they sent it to authentication they sent it to a different address? Very frustrating

jennygold25 @berealtagracia I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, I got this email from poshmark, Re: Order Id 6124dd18709651c47de32b97 Dear Jennifer, We wanted to let you know that the buyer has opened up an "Order Not As Described" case for your recent sale, "Authentic GG Supreme Canvas Crossbody/Shoulder B". When a buyer reports an issue, we ask them to provide us with photo proof showing how the item does not match the listing description. Upon review, we either approve or deny the case.

berealtagracia Hi, so I had to run all over town trying to find this package. Finally figured out what post office it was dropped off at. Opened and it smells like cigarettes!! I am highly allergic and am requesting to return this bag. Please let me k ow how to proceed as I had to leave it in my car!!

berealtagracia Hi, I really don’t use posh Mark a lot but I don’t see a link where it says that I can print out a return label or ask for one. Would you be able to help me with that and Mark in the listing maybe you have the prompt it first and then I’ll look for it.

jennygold25 @berealtagracia at the end of the theme page of the receipt says, Problem/ order inquiry them you have choices, if in between 3 days u don't do the return poshmark going to release the payment.

berealtagracia Yes I do see where you have the drop-down but because I actually didn’t have the box it was somewhere else it went past the three days. I reached out to posh Mark and a person reached back out to me asking for the order number so hopefully they will be able to help us.

berealtagracia No, it was lost before I tracked it down. Now because it passed the 3 days the return drop down disappeared. I am waiting for a response from Poshmark . I am so sorry
