raegengosha Hi, I recently sold you the black off shoulder shirt, and it was shipped two days ago. We accidentally mixed up two orders and sent you the wrong package. We are sending the correct package tomorrow morning and it would be greatly appreciated if you could fill out a proper return form and return the package that include the wrong items so we can get it to the right buyer. raegengosha @berevelazquez To file a formal return policy, to go “my purchases” within the app. After that select your order. Once you select your order, select problems/order inquiry and follow the prompt to open a formal case of item not as described.
