@mrsbay24 @mrsbay24 @mrsbay24 Yes, it's definitely authentic!!! I misplaced the card I'll try my best to find it and mail it to you. The sticky/stiff zipper is most likely due to being in closet in the dust and the structure of the bag. I gave it alot of love before I send it and took the liberty to lotion the leather parts. I forgot to wax the zipper for you! I'm so sorry. 😢

@mrsbay24 Yes I am going to try my best to find. It must be buried with all my other tags somewhere. As for the zipper you can use plain wax run along the zipper. It's hard for me to describe but YouTube sticky zipper. I would greatly appreciate if you can change the rating.
