pm_lululemon I am following up with this and want you to understand that asking me to give you free shipping on a $10-$15 order was REALLY out of line. Asking me for that hurt me and my family. You never even apologized. My family really struggled that week and you never even put forth the effort to apologize for asking US to foot your bill. Maybe have some heart?
