_jewelsboutique @bernardgrovesjr Lol no prob! So boutique items are supposed to be ones that have been purchased wholesale or from a distributor and are being sold to the public for the first time. There's a boutique certification you're supposed to go through before selling them like that. Some people will list as boutique but PM can take the item down if it doesn't fit the requirements. For everyone else's closet, that's just either items they've owned, are re-gifting, re-selling, etc. Hope that helps! :)

_jewelsboutique @bernardgrovesjr no prob! 🤗 so you’ll have to click price drop first and then it will bring up either the option to lower the price in general or to offer a lower price to likers. It has to be 10% off and include a shipping discount but you’ll see that when you do it, it’ll walk you through it!
