ltkchapa @littleshortlady I actually only got an email saying they were looking in to it 🙄 I went to the post office and they were not able to track it. So frustrating. Either way we will get you your money back and the bead!!!! Did this happen when posh was having trouble tracking. This has never happened before 😫
