alohabeachhut I wish I could private message you about this. I want to bring something to your attention so you can improve your product. The gray masks in my order were too small for my husband. He does not have any unusual or large characteristics. Also, you need to warn the customer not to put the mask through the dryer. The elastic became hard and weakened after the dryer. Your masks are well-made; but these details are both critical; so I didn’t want them to go unnoticed. Hope this helps.

philmyboy @alohabeachhut Hello I’m so sorry about that. I can make your husband a new and slightly bigger one. Would he like black cotton or grey? I can make the elastic a little larger too. I want him to be comfortable. I’m not sure I still have your address. I’ll just put in an envelope so postage should not be an issue. Black or grey. I did wash material and put in the dryer but maybe good idea to air dry. Please let me know and I will get to you right away. Thank you for letting me know.
