brinn65 TY for your feedback. I apologize for your shipping delay. I had surgery & my sister shipped for me. She was slower getting to the PO than I hoped. I am puzzled by the broken clasp. I photographed the clasp & it packaged it closed/secure. As a Ambassador I am always concerned about customer satisfaction. I did not advertise it as cleaned as I didnt feel confident cleaning the stones. I am sorry your reaction was disappointed. I hope it will prove to be a beautiful addition to your collection. 💝
