annandkell Good morning. I spent quite a bit of time last night researching how to best submit a claim. The best way is to file a claim with Poshmark. Posh guarantees a buyer that they receive a sale item as described or they provide them with a refund.

annandkell To do so you must file a claim directly with them within 3 days of delivery (unfortunately I am unable to do so). That way Posh takes care of the issue: refunds the refund payment to you and then they go directly to USPS for a refund for themselves. You can google Posh Protect for more information and instructions. Even on Poshmark blogs, everyone says that is the way to go and Poshmark is very easy to work with.
