@bdesjardin Hi. I am sorry but I am refusing the package purchased. USPS is saying Postage Due of $11.15. I left it at the post office. Any suggestion? This is the first time for postage due to me the buyer. I took picture of the package. ☹️

@sunflowerwsc Oh wow...!!! I appreciate you letting me know!! I’ll add this to the list I issues I have with the USPS system! You do exactly what you are comfortable with! (I would have left it there toooo!). Let me get some Poshmark advice on this... I would be happy to pay the extra $ in order for you to receive your order but not sure how to manage the funds! I’ll get back to you!! 😊

Post office employee said he will hold it for me for today. I will go back tomorrow to pick up once I have confirmation $11.15 has been added back to my balance.

*** Isn’t there another option... one that best suits the customer?? We have been in communication throughout the day regarding the package. She is very anxious to receive it and the PO has assured her they will hold it for her for another day or so. I would be happy to cover the extra postage for her if there is someway to do that. I do not want to disappoint her and hope Poshmark can work with both of us on this one!! Charge me for the additional amount perhaps???

@bdesjardin Good news update. USPS decided not to charge the $11.15 to me because they can tell the way it was handled it did not get the “service” for the “fragile” stickers. The USPS employee asked me to share with the sender that when you use these “USPS FRAGILE” stickers there is an extra charge of $11.15.
So I-have the package. I will open it once I get home. 🌻
